4. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged/Defective Products – Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind – Accepted within 7 days of delivery, but customer must pay shipping charges both ways.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition for returns.
