Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photo proof.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, without shipping costs.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer must pay shipping costs both ways.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care products (cosmetics, hair oils) cannot be returned once opened.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
