My tracking link isn’t updating — what should I do?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to refresh after shipping. If it still doesn’t update, contact our customer support with your order number.

What happens if my package is delayed due to customs in USA/UK/Dubai?

Customs clearance times vary by country. If there’s a delay, we’ll stay in touch with the courier and provide you with updates until your package is delivered.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot change the address. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

What should I do if my order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your returned item.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Can I get a partial refund if I keep part of my order?

Yes—once the returned items are received and inspected, a partial refund will be issued for those items.
